ATTENDING THE FORUM

It is open to the parent/carers of Secondary School age students who have received a diagnosis of an Autistic Spectrum Disorder or who have been outlined by their schools as having communication/interaction difficulties or for students who are on School Action Plus.
We advise that at least one parent/carer should attend all the sessions; alternatively, someone significant in the life of the student is also welcome to attend

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The programme is delivered free for parents/carers of students attending Secondary Schools within the Borough of Wandsworth.
WHEN AND WHERE IS IT HELD
The forum is held at Garratt Park School Hall once a week.
COFFEE MEETINGS/TRAINING/DROP-IN CENTRES
The forum will enable individuals and their families to develop a better understanding of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and provide families with an opportunity to implement positive management strategies within the home and school environment. Families will gain access to a support network and understand they are not alone!
